1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using eWork Social, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

eWork Social is a social media management platform that allows agencies and individuals to schedule posts, manage clients, track analytics, and automate responses across multiple social media platforms.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use eWork Social. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

eWork Social offers a 7-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use eWork Social to post spam, illegal content, or content that violates any third-party platform's terms of service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through our platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Social Media Platform Compliance

Your use of social media integrations must comply with the respective platform's terms of service (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). eWork Social is not responsible for any violations of third-party platform policies.

7. YouTube API Services

eWork Social uses YouTube API Services to provide YouTube scheduling and publishing features. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). eWork Social's use of information received from YouTube APIs adheres to the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. You may revoke eWork Social's access to your YouTube data at any time via Google Security Settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

8. Meta Platform Compliance

eWork Social integrates with Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Platform API. By connecting your Facebook or Instagram account, you agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies. eWork Social accesses only the permissions necessary to deliver scheduling, publishing, and auto-response features. You may revoke access at any time via Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of eWork Social is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

10. Intellectual Property

eWork Social and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jben Logistics (RC: 1940369) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through our platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

eWork Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Danger Zone. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of eWork Social after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
